1. Introduction

Welcome to Deb N Air Unique Travel. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and policies. We act solely as an intermediary between you and third-party travel providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation services, and other vendors (“Third Parties”).

2. Role of the Agency

We facilitate travel arrangements and bookings on your behalf. All services, accommodations, and experiences are provided by Third Parties. We do not own, operate, or control these Third Parties and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or service quality.

3. Third-Party Responsibility

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Third Party.
We are not liable for cancellations, delays, changes, or failures in service by any Third Party.
Any disputes, claims, or issues must be resolved directly with the Third Party provider.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Deb N Air Unique Travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or those of Third Parties.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided by Third Parties.

5. Travel Risks and Insurance

Travel involves inherent risks. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to lack of coverage.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations are governed by the Third Party’s policies.
Fees may apply and are determined by the Third Party.
We will assist in facilitating changes but cannot guarantee outcomes or refunds.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Reviewing and accepting Third Party terms before booking.
Ensuring travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) are valid and compliant.
Providing accurate information during booking.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government actions.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Updates to Policy

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
